I oversee the branding, social media, and graphic design for the University of Florida Athletic Association (UAA), where I work closely with senior administration, coaches, and staff on various projects and campaigns. PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE­

University of Florida – University Athletic Association (UAA), Gainesville, FL

Assistant Athletic Director of Creative Media & Branding ( January 2022 – Present)

  • Built and Led the Creative Media and Branding unit that oversaw social media, graphic design and branding for the University of Florida Athletic Association. Overseeing the team that managed over 60 social media accounts across all UAA athletic programs increasing followers, impressions, engagement and video views over a two-year span
  • Worked closely with Senior Administration, Coaches and UAA staff on projects including Communication Strategy, Marketing and Promotion Campaigns, Recruiting Content and Strategy, Licensing, Uniform and Apparel Design, Ticket Campaigns, Name, Image and Likeness Strategy and Retail projects.
  • Coordinated with Gator Sports Properties/Learfield and outside vendors on social media revenue generation projects totaling over $1 Million.
  • Strategically orchestrated multifaceted creative and branding projects with partners that include Nike/Jordan Brand, Wells Fargo, BMW, National Football League, EA Sports and others.
  • Cultivated and maintained relationships with athletic department supporters and business partners.

Senior Director of Creative Media & Branding (March 2021 – January 2022)

  • Led the Gators Football creative departments (Social Media, Graphic Design, Photography and Videography).
  • Created and developed content, presentations and print media for the Florida football program, Coaches, Current and Prospective Student-Athletes.
  • Delivered compelling Name, Image and Likeness presentations to prospective student-athletes
  • Captured photography for Florida football games, practices and recruit visits.

Assistant Director of Creative Media & Branding (September 2018 – March 2021)

  • Concept and developed recruiting graphics and content for Florida football.
  • Hosted and assisted in recruiting potential student athletes on official and unofficial visits.
  • Coordinated and shot photoshoots for current and potential student-athletes.
  • Collaborated with creative media staff and coaches in developing recruiting strategy that resulted in four top 15 recruiting classes.

Refuse to Lose, LLC – Anthony Richardson (NFL Quarterback – Indianapolis Colts) 

Branding and Content Manager (December 2022 – Present)

  • Led strategic branding and social media efforts for Anthony Richardson enhancing his online presence and brand identity through digital content and engagement initiatives.
  • Directed public relations and coordinated interviews for Anthony Richardson with ESPN, ESPN Deportes, Apple News, The Players’ Tribune and New York Post.
  • Supervised teams of photographers and videographers to maximize content capture opportunities for Anthony Richardson during private workouts, NFL Combine, Florida Gators Pro Day and 2023 NFL Draft in Kansas City.
  • Collaborated with Indianapolis Colts social media and communications staff to promote Anthony Richardson.
